Maluaka Beach in Makena, Maui, Hawaii

Right in front of the beautiful Makena Beach and Golf Resort is Maluaka Beach. Besides being one of the most scenic spots in South Maui, Maluaka also plays host to tons of honu (green sea turtles) that feed in the plentiful reef offshore. Needless to say snorkeling here is excellent, as is many other water sports like stand-up paddle, canoeing, and diving.

Maluaka is close to the many luxury homes and condos that dot Makena’s coastline, making it a very popular beach with visitors and residents.
